Contribution of Academia Colleague as a Clinical Model to the Professional Development of Pre-Service Teachers

The current study aimed to investigate the contribution of Academia Colleague as a clinical model professional development pre-service teachers. An interview consisting 8 questions, questionnaire 24 paragraphs, well measurement teaching tendencies, which consisted 4 domains and 35 were major instruments used in study. qualitative research method was employed address, analyze, interpret concerned phenomenon (domain research) within its natural context. This done tandem with descriptive analytical approach sample 13 teachers who constituted community. Results showed that incorporation proposed contributed participants promoted numerous positive aspects, including active participation, collaborative learning, personal collective responsibility, procedural (applied research), clinical-critical thinking, socio-emotional learning (SEL). program also tendencies towards profession at large. results no statistically significant relationship between participants’ grade point average (GPA).
